Menarche is a sign of physical maturity and fertility. The preparation has an impact on the menarche experience in adolescents. seen as transitional period associated with religious socio-cultural significance. purpose this review to describe This uses arksey O'Malley framework 5 stages namely: identifying questions, relevant articles, selecting mapping charting data, compiling, summarizing creating reports. results 6 literatures were selected two themes that appeared, namely positive negative attitudes changes occurred adolescents menarche.
